Polyurea Coatings
At Francisco Flooring, we specialize in applying polyurea coatings to concrete surfaces. This cost-effective solution enhances the durability and appearance,
4 Easy Steps
1. We begin by lightly grinding the top layer of concrete using 30–80 grit metal bond diamonds to achieve the desired surface profile. This step completely removes any previous coatings and ensures the substrate is properly prepped—free of debris and moisture—for optimal adhesion.

3. While the basecoat is still wet, we broadcast decorative color chips (flakes) of your choice across the surface.

4. After allowing the floor to dry, we scrape, vacuum, and thoroughly clean the surface in preparation for the final step. The topcoat is then applied using an 18-inch, 3/8-inch nap lint-free roller, resulting in a smooth, glossy finish that seals and protects the floor
2. Next, we fill any cracks, spalling, or pits to create a smooth, even surface. Once the repairs are complete, we apply a layer of Hardbond WT Polyurea basecoat at a thickness of 5–7 mils.
